HAFENTRIO Quartier Inselspitze Hafen Offenbach

The competition entry HAFENTRIO offers exciting Work-Life-Flow fusion formats for a future world of life and work on the water. The architecture optimally supports work processes, communication and creates a new identity, community-building "feel-good quarter" with space for interaction and networking of life, work and leisure.

The core uses of HAFENTRIO are a Start-up Hub, innovative office space, a lifestyle hotel, an apartment hotel with serviced apartments and a multi-story car park. The hotel shares conference rooms and a spa/fitness area with the office. The use of innovative gastronomy and retail formats will be flanked. The diverse uses and their interactions are expressed in the form of the HAFENTRIO´s identity. Instead of a classic combination of podium and tower, the northern wing combines two L-shaped forms to form a duo. The southern wing complements the ensemble to a trio as an optional L-shape.
