Frank Brammer for Franken Architekten

MoschMosch, a specialist in Asian-Japanese fusion food, acquired a mobile street food car to test new locations.

Lanterns, hung from the canopies of the car, define a protected area around the sales window, create presence day and night and expand the space along with the mobile seating and umbrellas.

Quotes of pop and anime culture were contrasted with design elements of traditional Japanese gastronomy.
